Hi there! I was wondering, is it mandatory for a pilot to have a 4-year degree to land a job at an airline? Or can one simply just gain flight experience? I am currently in grade 12, seeking for the safest option! I am also living in Canada. Thanks!

Not sure what the situation is in Canada, but to fly for a Major airline in the US you must have a 4yr degree.
