There are a few but many guys I know use Dr Skaff in Honolulu (808)538-1915. I use Dr Keller in Kailua (808)263-5015. I’m here at Hawaiian on the A330. Any questions feel free.

If you’re looking for one in Mesa, I used to go to Dr. Eric Shreder. He was great. I’ve also heard the name Dr. Raniolo a lot, so apparently he is also a good choice I think…
