Does this manual still exist or did it get split into the IFR and VFR Flight Planning Training Supplement?
It looks like the short answer is no, the cross-country flight planning supplement is no longer in use. My instructor said it used to be in the Foreflight smart binder, but isn’t available anymore. He suggested that we should be using the respective IFR or VFR flight planning supplements depending on which flight you’re planning.
