Start date at KSDL

Got my start date for February 3rd. Trying to get the knowledge test knocked out before then. Chandler from SDL was great to talk to during my admission flight. If she is any indication of the quality of instructors ATP produces I can see why they are top notch.

With regards to the knowledge test. Wind patterns associated with various cloud formations are a weak point on my practice test. So any tips on a good way to remember those would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations on setting a start date.

Don’t over think the cloud patterns, just memorize the answers using the prep software and you will be fine. I know it sounds crazy, but you will learn them later.

I am glad you are planning on working on your writtens, that will be a huge boost to you in the program.
