Great news! Increased bonus program from Mesa Airlines

Mesa Airlines has pulled ahead of the pack with the most lucrative bonus program among regional airlines.

Mesa is currently offering ATP pilots $12,500 in Tuition Reimbursement and changed their commitment of employment from 24 months to 12.

In addition to Tuition Reimbursement, pilots will also receive a $22,100 bonus at the end of training in the CRJ or $18,000 in the EJet.

Now if they would just bump up their starting hourly wage they would be real competitive!

Crazy! I remember when Mesa was bottom of the barrel and now they’re a major player. Like we keep saying you never know where this industry is going!

I saw an article recently that they have been in contract negotiations for years which is why the pay is lagging. I’m considering Mesa along with Skywest and Envoy.

The bonus is great but Mesa’s hourly pay is hard to overlook compared to other regionals.

Yeah they just went into mediation to help settle it, it says they have been in negotiations for 6 years…
