Flying practice

In the 200hrs of flying before getting the CPL, is the biting done completely alone by the student with no assistance by a mentor?

Komal,

I think you’re asking about the time building to earn your CPL? (obviously “biting” is a typo but the question itself is vague). Anyway the bulk of the time is built training. Getting your PPL and ratings is all logged time and counts. As for the rest of the time at ATP you’re paired up with another pilot (not an instructor or mentor) and you’ll go flying to get you to the 250hrs required to take the CPL checkride.
