Hi , what are the largest global names in the experienced pilot recruitment agency space? or they are generally small companies in different countries? Would be very helpful if anyone can give a background on how Asia and Middle east airlines source their experienced pilots. thanks

This website is set up and run by US based airline pilots, thus our knowledge is limited to the US. In this country, airlines do their own recruitment and do not use agencies.

Generally the Middle Eastern airlines (Emirates, Qatar, Etihad) do their own recruiting. As for elsewhere, while I’m no expert nor can I attest to the quality (or size) of them, I know pilots who have successfully been placed using CAE Parc, Rishworth, Zenon and Wasinc.
