As an aspiring airline pilot, I wonder if major airlines take pilots who attended more prestigious colleges over state universities? Example: Purdue University Vs Bridgewater State University.
What does it all really come down too?

Short answer is no. Major airlines want experienced professional pilots with degrees. As long as it’s a legitimate accredited school save your money.

No, the college you graduate from will really not matter that much. As long as it is an accredited school, most colleges are thought of the same. Of course a more prestigious university is not going to hurt, but it will not be a major help either.
