Can Indian citizen get placed after training?

I wish to train through ATP’s Airline Career Pilot Programme and I am an Indian citizen. After the training will I get the instructor job?
And if yes, then after 1500 flying hours can I get a job in regional airlines through ATP like other US citizens get placed?

Meet,

In order to work as a pilot in the US (whether it be as an instructor OR at an airline) you MUST be either a US citizen or have permanent resident status (aka a Green Card). If you only have your Indian citizenship the answer to both questions is no.
