No. ATP is a flight school not a college or university. You would be able to use your licenses and ratings for credit at some schools if you decided to get a degree after but you should also know that ATP requires either a 2yr degree, comparable work experience or a Private Pilot license for admittance to the program.

There are many fine colleges and universities and the airlines simply want a 4yr degree but aren’t concerned about the field of study. I recommend you pick something you might like as a back up or Plan B and then find a school with a program. If you’re not sure it’s always a good idea to start at a 2yr school (community college is great and relatively inexpensive), complete your core requirements and then finish up your 4yr after or online.
